| Responsibilities | Integrate ServiceNow with external OSS, BSS, fault, performance, and automation systems to take full advantage of ServiceNow capabilities while simultaneously minimizing impacts due to required customization. Provide ServiceNow implementation planning and support. |
| Skills Required | Must have deep understanding and broad command of ServiceNow platform Must have participated in at least 3 distinct implementations of ServiceNow Must have experience with custom ServiceNow Inventory models Must have experience automatically populating and configuring custom SN inventory models from pre-existing inventory systems Must have expert knowledge of ServiceNow APIs Must have experience upgrading customized OOTB ServiceNow implementations Must have BS degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent work experience Must be willing and able to operate with limited oversight and guidance Should have experience implementing ServiceNow in a non-ITIL context Should have telecom domain expertise U.S. Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply. |
